Josh Abrams

​​Josh Abrams is an Instructional Design Specialist with more than 14 years of experience in higher education. Josh supports Blackboard learning management system administration and instructional technologies to promote teaching and learning across course modalities. A Quality Matters (QM) Certified Master Reviewer, Josh is committed to quality course design and accessible learning experiences.

Josh has taught hybrid, online, and in-person courses and served as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Student Services in the College of Engineering and Information Technology. He holds a Master of Science in Learning Design & Technology from University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master of Arts in English from Kansas State University, and is pursuing doctoral studies in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Adult and Professional Learning Facilitation at Frostburg State University.
