Data and analytics are important assets that can be used to support UMBC's strategic plan, enrollment plans, and student success. Join Bob Carpenter, Associate Provost of Analytics and Professor of Economics, for a demonstration and discussion of how we're using a combination of built and bought tools to help with the recruitment cycle (how we identify and provide information to prospective students and families that help them make informed choices) and the retention cycle (how we help our students successfully achieve their educational goals at UMBC). You'll learn what our capabilities are, how we're planning to add to them, and how we're packaging our data in new and innovative ways to support our faculty, staff, and students.
