Accessibility 101 - An Introduction for Faculty and Staff

The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) in collaboration with the Office of Student Disability Services (SDS) and the National Federation of the Blind (NFB) will hold a one hour information and training session called Accessibility 101 on Thursday, August 2nd in Engineering 102 from 12 - 1 p.m.  The goal of this presentation is to provide an overview of what it means to create accessible materials, why it is important, and basic strategies for ensuring that your content is designed for universal access. Both faculty and staff are encouraged to attend.
