Description
The Ultra Experience (UX) Essentials workshop is designed for faculty who are ready to explore the Ultra Course View sandbox, develop Ultra courses, and adopt Blackboard’s redesigned course interface.
Inspired by the 2-day summer boot camps, this special 1-day workshop is customized for and coordinated by the MLLI department -- a few seats are open for external faculty who are interested in learning more about the Ultra Course View.

- The Ultra Course Preview
- Introduction to Building an Ultra Course
- Creating Ultra Content Items
- Communication & Engagement Tools in Ultra
- Creating Ultra Tests & Assignments
- Grading & the Gradebook in Ultra
- Planning Your Course Roadmap to Ultra
The full schedule for the workshop is attached as a PDF to this event. MLLI faculty with questions about the training should contact Elisabeth Arevalo-Guerrero for additional information. Lunch will be provided, but space is limited to EIGHT seats.
Please note: This workshop will not provide any training for tools related to the original Blackboard course interface.
