MarylandOnline offers this FREE workshop focusing on the quality of OERs and applying Quality Matters Standard 4 to redesigning with OER content.
Facilitator Diana Zilberman, associate dean of academic resources, Baltimore City Community College, will provide a brief overview of QM Standard 4 and the alignment concept that supports redesigning with OERs.
She will also share a template for how faculty can plan their courses while adhering to the QM standards. For faculty who think about scaling up, we will have a discussion on the artisanal and factory models of course design.
